It was June, the rainy season started. The schools have opened, life has just begun to catch its pace. It was the beginning of the new semester and as usual the students had come to school after such a long break from vacation. It was 7:00 AM and the class started. Pretty much then after about five to ten minutes, the teacher heard a knock on the door of her classroom, as a sweet voice from the other side of it spoke, "May I come in?" " Sorry I am late." The teacher turned to look around and asked her, "Are you a new admission." The student replied "Yes." The teacher let her come in and told her to give a brief introduction about herself. She began, Hello everyone my name is Mia and I am a new transfer before this I was studying in school The Towers Academy. The teacher instructs the class that since she is new here, you people have to be nice and make her comfortable. She instructs Mia to sit beside Ria. Ria was a popular girl in her school. She was really good in extra curricular activities. All the boys really admired her. All the boys wish her to be friends with her. Ria asked Mia, hey you're the new transfer girl na just look at yourself you're such a nerd. Mia felt bad and her eyes were filled with tears. On her way back home suddenly someone called her , Mia Mia ... Mia turned back to look who it was and she bumped into Sia. Sia told Mia I am sorry about what Ria said, She is very arrogant. I am Sia we we can be friends. Mia happily replied, "Yes we can be friends". Tomorrow I will show you around the school. Bye have a nice day and they parted there ways towards their home. Slowly Mia and Sia became really good friends and they discussed their dreams with each other. Mia asked Sia what is your dream. Sia replied I have a great love for music. I wish to be the lyric composer someday. What about you Mia? Mia told her I love reading writing and has a great love for Arts. I wish to be an artist someday. Days passed and their mid term exams were approaching. Mia was in the library preparing herself for the upcoming mid term exams. Sia asked Mia, Hey what are you doing Mia? Mia replied I am preparing myself for upcoming mid term exams. Sia told Mia don't you know the one who will perform better in this upcoming mid term exam will be the headgirl of the school. Besides Mia told her that I am not studying so that I can become the headgirl of the school anyways I am interested in these things. Days passed. Finally the day has arrived it was the day of the results of their mid term exams. Mia topped the school and had been declared as the Headgirl of the school. Ria was quite jealous on the other hand Sia was quite happy. Mia has impressed everyone with her kind nature. The teachers also appreciate her sincerity and hardworking nature. Days passed. There was an interschool football competition between Win academy and Westwood high school. Alex was the captain of the football team. He had a muscular body and his eyes shined and had a very deep voice. It was love at first sight. Mia fell for Alex instantly. She started to change the way she used to dress. Sia noticed this sudden change and asked Mia Are you hiding something from me? Mia replied no no what made you think of that? I am not hiding anything from you Mia replied in a shaking voice. Sia asked Mia are you falling for Alex the leader of the football team. Mia replied Yes I think. I mean just look at him. Everything is so perfect. Mia could not remove Alex off her mind. Sia told Mia that Alex is already in love with the popular girl Ria. After listening to this Mia was heartbroken. Days passed. Finally the most awaited day had arrived. The day of interschool football competition between Win academy and Westwood high school. It was the most awaited day as the air was thrilled with excitement. The game began The popular girl Ria was cheering for her team. The players were preparing themselves for the football competition. Alex the team leader was great at football. No one could beat him. As usual the Win Academy won. The Alex team won and got the medal 🏅 Everyone was happy. Ria came and hugged Alex which made Mia a little jealous. Mia was developing feelings for Alex. On the other hand Alex was in love with Ria. Their love was very strong, no one could come in between Alex and Ria.
One day, suddenly a big fight occurred in the school canteen. Alex shouted, Everyone I am breaking up with Ria. She has a pretty face but a bad heart. Breakup Breakup Breakup screamed Alex on Ria as Ria stood still there and started crying. Mia and Sia came to know about this and Mia was very happy that Alex broke up with Ria. Very soon Mia started to day dream about Alex. As everyone knew that Alex was good in sports especially in Football but when it comes to Academic he was not good at it. The principal of the school shouted at Alex if you don't mend your ways and if you don't pass in this upcoming end Semester examinations I have no option but to detain you. Alex was in shock. The exams are just a month away. He went up to Mia for help. Mia was so happy about this. She helped Alex and made him learn formulas and made him understand the concept. Alex was very amazed by her way of teaching. Soon Alex and Mia became good friends but their friendship didn't affect the friendship of Sia and Mia. Soon Alex developed a liking for studies and Mia. Two poles apart but still they fell in love with each other. It is rightly said that Opposites attract each other. Alex was very different from Mia. On one hand there was Mia who loved reading writing and art and on the other hand there was Alex who loved socialising with friends and who had a great love and passion for football. Alex started falling for Mia until one day he went down on her knees and proposed to Mia, " You turned me into something that I wish to be. You're the guiding star of my life. I wish to be by your side not only now, tomorrow but forever. Mia didn't believe what was happening. She stood there in shock and couldn't believe her eyes and ears. She murmured, Is this real. Alex got up and held her hand and made her assured that his feelings for her are real and that his love would never fade. She looked up at him and she still couldn't believe herself. It was like a dream come true. Alex asked with a ring in his hand I love you Mia. Would you love to walk the road of life with me by your side. Let's share happiness, sorrow and even the last slice of pizza he replied smiling. Finally Mia spoke I love you too Alex. I have loved you since I met you. My feelings for you won't disappear. They will always remain the same. The whole canteen saw this and cheered Alex. Meanwhile tears started falling down Mia's face as she hugged Alex. She hides her face into Alex's arms. Alex's arms made her feel protected and she could always listen to his heartbeats. It was just a wholesome movement. Meanwhile the Ria came and shouted at Alex, How could you do this to me, You left me for a nerd. I can't believe you Alex. How could you do this? She doesn't match your standard. Alex replied, " Yes , Mia doesn't match my standard she fits my standard reply to Alex. " Now Ria can't believe this. Everyone was awestruck by Alex's reply.
Alex told Ria, maybe you had everything. Power, Money , fame but that is of no use. If you don't have a good heart then you have lost everything in your life. Yes I fell for your beauty, your money. but it's not the case of Mia. Mia is a kind hearted person although she is not popular and she had no money but she has kindness. and you're forgetting that Kindness is the universal language of love. Here begins the love story of Alex and Mia.
