LOST PARENTS.
#WritcoStoryPrompt21
'My dear child,
I know you had your doubts about your birth. I couldn't tell you while I was alive so I left you this letter. Your real parents live in...'
I stared at the unfinished letter in shock. How was I supposed to find my true identity? I stood blank. But suddenly I felt like reading the letter once again just curious to know about my real parents. Wondering where they had gone leaving me to my foster parents? Different questions aroused inside me whether they will recognise me or not? Why did they left me? I felt like left alone in an no man's Island. Completely left alone and lost in this world with no identity of my true self nor any idea of my real parents and in which part of the world do they exist? I sat in the sofa absolutely clueless about my real parents. All i recollect was that my foster parents had adopted me as an infant from an Orphanage home. Suddenly I went an open my mom cupboard and took a file in which the address of the Orphanage centre was given. I tried calling them but their line was busy.
Tears rolled in my eyes and asked God why I am being punished for no reason and why I am born? I felt like being lost completely and no one to soothe me at this hour as my foster parents were dead leaving me orphan once again and leaving a letter behind about my real identity and my real parents. Hours passed by leaving me blank and clueless. Suddenly a call from the Orphanage came as my real parents have come in search of me. My joys and happiness knew no bounds. I wiped my tears and thanking God took out my car and drove to the Orphanage centre. Suddenly two hands clasped my hands tightly and said my son. Both my Dad and my mother hugged me tightly with tears and happiness. Your my son whom I lost several years ago.We were searching for you. Suddenly I got to know that you were adopted by another family. I tried to contact them but could not. Then finally I got to know that you were adopted from this Orphanage centre. My happiness knew no bounds and I wiped my parents tears and hugged them tightly. Finally I found my true parents. I thanked God and my foster parents for everything.
