I keep racking my mind about the "Handerler"..The black security guard in the white car. He acts like a cop hafe the time..I know he is working for my brother Bill. Now Bill.. forged my name on many traffic tickets..in the early 80's. That's so old there's no way to prove that plus..the status of limatiom. And IRS said I owed them about 160,000.. then aggred with me when I said I was not smart enough to make that kind of money..I was at a stand up pay booth..before he told me the amount the.. IRS man keeped asking me " Do you have a chair Sir." And Kyrtic Kelly in chapter named such..said Bill owned land in Arizona. Was Kelly telling me that My name was on a deed in Arizona. Bill is a "Croke." Bill is snikey..and Kelly was very Kyrptic.. He told me at least 100 things about Bill following me around.. and messing with my life..He said no one would believe Bill would put that much in to it..He said nobody would believe me.. Heck I have a hard time believing it my self..and it's right in my face. It been like 25 years but I can still hear"Bill hates you." There's a lot of information on this problem for Bill has been Stalking my life all my life it seem..and now he's got a hinch man.The "Handle".. Black man in a white car." And if it seems I should be bouthered about all this..well...not to much..see I was raised alone with Bill.. lot's of Abuse..So I'm seasoned..trained to live on the run..and I'm old.. Plus I'm only now putting together the "Handerler" problem together...and he's been following me for at least 6 years.. if not and probably more. The "Handerler".. is handling by brother Bill's agendas..destoring my life..and trying to Terminate It. So the team on me is the Handler, The white cherokee jeep 80s model.with short blonde gril and tall man white 40 ish..hes tall.. Theres a outher white can no tint on the windows.. .And this one too is strange..this is the one who calls the Cop's on me.. So the Black man can be found by finding the white people. Because they have called the cops on me afew time's..in a different area in Blyth... So I'm going to turn in a report and Maybe by questions the Police can find out who is the Black Guy in the White limo tint Car. This would solve the many years mystery...of Who is the "Handerler"
