In today's fast pace world, stress has been a major reason for so many marriage fall outs, depression, loneliness, health issues. Career , job, success is something we all aspire and work towards. However, one thing we forget in this race to lead and succeed is our health. Our body is our most precious asset that needs to be taken care of, so is our mind. No matter how hectic our day has been , we may not have time for our family, but we always have time to scroll through our phone, exploring social media, watching reels etc.

However, a better and healthier option is to take out time for yourself, indulge is detoxification of mind and soul. This you can achieve from Yoga.

It is the best medicine to purify your mind, body and soul.

Meditation helps in aligning the chakras in our body that brings in a positive feeling.
At one point in my life I was stuck with my career not going anywhere to venting out my anger on kids for no reason leading to a strained relationship between my husband and I.

I found my escape from all the stress and exertion by following a regular regime of self indulgence by giving a dedicated me time every morning no matter what. It helped me not only in feeling energetic for the rest of the day but also helped in bringing a calmness and balancing my responsibilities well.

Yoga is indeed the gateway of natural healing, self love and a way to get you closer to nature.

For a healthy mind and heart, the only solution I have is Yoga.
