Queen Durgavati

Not going deep in history, just recalling her sacrifice and spreading truth about her, I will describe her in some points.

1.Rani Durgavati was the ruling Queen of Gondwana from 1550 until 1564. She was married to Dalpat Shah the son of the king Sangram Shah of the Garha Kingdom.

2.She was valiant, beautiful and brave and also a great leader with administrative skills.

3. After her husband dead and her son was just 5 years old, she take over the kingdom and lead it to success.

4. In old times Queen is taken lightly and ignored by minister and other kingdoms too, She killed this concept and ruled her kingdom pridely.

5. Due to her beauty and no successor, King Akbar from Mughal dynasty gave permission to take over her kingdom by war, His minister Abul Fazal had a bad eye on queen too.

6. Her self-respect forced her to fight till death rather than surrender herself to her enemies.

7. She as a mother tried to save her child from dead, but after her dead he was also killed.

8. Her bravely for her kingdom, for her child and for her self respect is itself a source of inspiration.

9. She never accepted her defeat, and fought till her last breath.

10. When her Kingdom treasure is opened it is full of gold coins and precious gems, there another door of fort open by Mughals where burned dead body of thousands women's are found as they all performed "Jauhar" which means sacrifice itself to fire, Rajputi females do this to save their self respect.
