The Last Dinner

The setting was perfect. Candlelight, polished cutlery and a single rose set in a delicate vase at each table.Sapna was on cloud nine as it was after ages,that she was on a dinner date with her husband Raj.
It was Sapna's favourite eat out zone.She was dressed in red saree,as it was gifted to her by Raj on their first marriage anniversary.Everything was like a fairytale unfolding swiftly and softly
Now it was the time for the dating couple to order their cherished food.Both Sapna and Raj ordered what they loved.Within minutes their food was served.
Loving couple started eating and chatting about various topics.They had spent quality time together.Both of them were joyful and enjoyed their evening fully.
It was around 1 oclock,when silence was controlling and patrolling the streets,Sapna started vomiting suddenly with traces of blood.Raj was really scared to see all this.Sapna was almost dead due to continuous vomit attacks.
Soon Raj took Sapna to hospital.After few tests it was confirmed by doctors that Sapna had blood cancer.Suddenly their world ceased to exist.Sapna was totally shattered and disappointed with life.All this was being watched by Shivani Didi.
Shivani Didi convinced Sapna somehow,tonspend quality time with herself and sit in meditation everyday.Sapna also followed the routine religiously.
One day while connected with her higher self Sapna was reminded of the incident wherein,she refused to pay advance salary to her servant,who needed it the most that day.It was the same day the couple went out for dinner date.
After meditation when she called her servant,he revealed that his daughter died that day due to lack of money.He also used to work in that same hotel,where Sapna went.He confessed while preparing food for her,he said in his mind may she die after eating this.He said it continuously.
Now as Sapna was on her spiritual journey,she understood the reason of her disease.
