Suicide. It's an epidemic taking the lives of people around the globe and it needs to be recognized in all age groups so we, as a body, can help prevent it.
According to the CDC, suicide is the third leading cause of death for youth between the ages of 10 and 24. From the same source, there is on average one death by suicide every 12 minutes.
