What you think directly influences how you feel and how you behave. So if you think you’re a failure, you’ll feel like a failure. Then, you’ll act like a failure, which reinforces your belief that you must be a failure.

This happen to me the day I wrote a school 🏫 test already in my mind have concluded am going to score zero because I felt I did not read or prepare for the test and good so good the result came out and it was exactly the way my thought as generalize everything.
