Game Of Sports
#WritcoStoryPrompt47
Write a story based on this famous excerpt from Revival by Stephen King:

He unlocked a door and led me through an office that was empty of furniture, although I could still see square clean patches on the grimy linoleum, where the legs of a desk had once stood. On the wall was a curling calendar with April 1989 showing.

At once in front of us there stood a person wearing long versatile jacket with old fashioned hat plus thick trouser.

The unknown man said, "Hello ! My name is William Hudson from Cambridge".

Stephen King replied, "Welcome Mr. Hudson".

I softly said, "I was asked to join this meeting hour at this place along with Mr. Stephen King".

Stephen King said, "Is this place still functioning adventure".

Mr. Hudson shouted loudly with short smile and sweet laughter, "This place is better known as Game Of Sports".

Stephen tried to explain, "Mr. Hudson has this unique experimental laboratory for judgement of sports all around the world with accuracy which is only one in world and considered as biggest secret in England".

Mr. Hudson further said, "We could predict, judge, interpretate, modify, influence, etc every match or even sports tournaments at finger tips through our jackpot game machine".

All three of us went directly into the cabin chamber room having coloured wavy lights sparkling unnecessarily towards roof and in the middle of the floor there present the wizard computer.

William Hudson said whilst switching on the magical gadget known as jackpot game machine, "India Vs Pakistan One Day International Cricket Match".

On the screen it was showing Pakistan is winning by four wickets but on the indication of Stephen King, next ball six runs was changed to clean Bowled.
Commentator said, "Mulk Nyay Singh bowling to Ul Hasan Bakhtiyar again on Off Stumps ......................
CLEAN BOWLED !!!!! ".

Then we moved together forward in the nice backyard garden open sky.

I told, "Technology could be great but this is so much interestingly amazing".
