This is beyond surface level and narrow-minded thinking.

I always get asked, why don't I write actual stories, instead of explaining my poetic series.

My answer : The reason is not that I'm not capable of writing narratives or any type of storyline/storytelling arc.
It's because I'm a Poet by nature
I prefer poetry over stories
Because poetry has a certain rhythm
That you can not find in any story.
Not that I myself donnot read stories, it's because I tell stories through my poems.
