My personal growth story: Getting fit
I'm all sweaty after a 30 minute dumbbell workout including a warm up and a cool down. Afterwards I had eggy bread for breakfast. Hopefully the protein from the egg will help build my muscles. I recently learnt that your body uses protein/muscle to help fight off illness. I've never been particularly fussed about being strong but preventing illness is definitely a good reason to start pumping iron.
