God didnot give us a spirit of fear but of love, power and a sound mind. In the bible the words ..fear not ...is written very often.

When the angel, appeared to Mary and told her she was going to have a baby ..and was to call his name Jesus...she became so overwhelmed ...but before she could become afraid the angel told her Not to fear..

In my life...I was so overwhelmed by fear...even until recently ...I had a fear of never recovering since I suffer from depression and had major set backs ..I couldn't get out of bed...I could not move ..because of the side effects of the medication I have to be on...

I felt hopeless until Jesus came to my rescue...Until I realized I serve a God of hope and a God of light ...brightness and everything that's beautiful ...

So I began reading the bible everyday. Trusting in Jesus...until God saw my faith in Him ..because I couldn't endure the intensity of suffering I was enduring ..Jesus eventually healed me...Once again.

He shun His light upon me ...giving me peace and hope again. God dispelled the fear I was faced with....and today I have hope! I have no fear because my redeemer ...Jesus Christ lives and because he lives I can face tomorrow. Blessing and honour be to my God always!
