Once a ceremony was being held in a village in which the honorable guest was the Sarpanch of the village.On the stage, the women secretary was giving a speech that how we should improve the education system in the village and how to empower women….

When the speech was over, the sarpanch said to the lady secretary, " you women are always going to be women, always you all start pretending that you are all helpless."

Then that lady secretary gave a very beautiful answer with utmost sincerity and simplicity...

"Yes, we women are going to be always women. but like men, we do not rape  the girls by becoming merciless. Sarpanch ji, the whole village knows what happened to that seven year old girl whose body was found in the canal."

This answer was given without any indignation but Sarpanch ji was completely shaken from inside...
