Today's I'm presenting the Article on "Suicide By Men".
Yes this topic maybe lengthy and boring for you all but yes as a human I felt my duty to write on this.
As usual, First of all have a look on statics -
In 2017, the suicide rate for men was 3.5 times higher than it was for women.
In 2019, the suicide rate for men was 2.3 times higher than it was for me women.
(Note - Don't Show for feminist mindset here I'm a bigger feminist than you this is just a statics 👀)
The most common risk factors for suicide are:
* Being bullied at school, college, or work.
* Divorce or relationship breakdowns.
* History of physical and sexual abuse.
* Imprisonment
Loss of a loved one through trauma or disease.
* Mental illness, particularly where this is related to depression and painful or debilitating illnesses or conditions.
* Not being able to form or sustain meaningful relationships.
* Social isolation or living alone.
* Unemployment.
* Using drugs and/or alcohol to help cope with emotions, relationships, the pressure of work, or other issues.
In older men, suicide is most strongly associated with depression, physical pain and illness, living alone, and feelings of hopelessness and guilt.
** Traditional male gender roles discourage emotional expression.-
Men are told they need to be tough and that they should not need to ask for help. Such rigid gender norms may make it difficult for men to reach out and ask for support when they need it.
** Depression may be underdiagnosed in men. Men often do not disclose feelings of depression to their doctors. When they do, it is often described in terms of having problems at work or in relationships. Men also tend to describe their feelings as "stress" rather than sadness or hopelessness.
Actually the Social stereotype is also a big reason 😌
Society see every men with a similar mind set.
Every Men should be tough.
Mens shouldn't cry.
Mens shouldn't express their feelings.
And also according to society -
Mens are the one who torture women's.
Mens are the one who Rape a girl.
Mens are the one who harrash women's.
Every time a men has to be prove wrong just because he is a men.
Let me tell you a latest example -
A student of Mm University 🎓 suicides few days back.
Now let's look at the whole matter.
He was a B tech computer science student who belongs to darbhanga, Bihar. His father was a middle class man. Few days ago A girl propose him for relationship and he rejected because he was in love with someone else. Then the girl started blackmailing him that if he rejects her then she will tell the whole university that he tries to rape her. But still he rejects and the girl did same as she warns. She told everyone that the boy tried to rape her and the whole university along with her girlfriend (for the girl he rejects her) blames the boy. Even his family members also blames him And scold him. He got into depression.
After writing some poems he ends his life 😌.
Now see what that boy wrote for his father -
क्यूं रूठे हाे मुझसे पापा,
मैं गलत नहीं था कभी भी,
तुम ताे भूल गए मुझकाे पर,
मुझे याद आती है तेरी अभी भी।। नींद नहीं आती मुझकाे,
तेरी आवाज काे तरसता हूं।
Then he wrote for his mother -
मां, क्या हुआ जो सबने मुझे बुरा कहा,
तू किसी की मत सुन,
ठंड आ रही है मां,
मेरे लिए एक स्वेटर बुन,
भले ही पहनने काे मैं नहीं रहूंगा, उसे मेरी याद समझना मेरी बनावट तेरी जैसी है उसे तू ही पहनना।
Then he wrote for his sister -
जब भी टूटा था मैं सहारा तुम थी,
जब गलत ठहराया जा रहा था मुझे तुम कहीं गुम थी,
जरुरत थी जब मुझे जब तेरी मानाे या ना मानाे,
बहुत प्यार करता हूं तुम जानाे या ना जानाे,
एक झूठी अफवाह उड़ी और मैं बदनाम हाे गया,
तन्हाईयाें में रहने लगा और गुमनाम हाे गया,
पर तब भी तुझे बहुत याद करता था,
बस तुमसे ही दिल की बात करता था,
शायद अब और बातें नहीं कर पाऊंगा,
मुस्कुराती रहना वरना नहीं मर जाऊंगा,
ये आखिरी संदेश है मेरा पढ़ते समय राेना मत
ये मुस्कान तेरी अनमाेल माेती है इसे खाेना मत।।
And the last post he did before suicide is -
बदनाम हो गया मैं इश्क की राह में,
गुमनाम हो गया मैं बस तेरी चाह में,
अब धीरे-धीरे शिव में विलीन हो रहा हूं,
वापस न जागूं कभी ऐसी नींद सो रहा हूं।।
Now let me explain why did I told you this story, i told you this stroy because You can't assume that what I want to convey through this article without knowing a real life example 😌this example is just for make you feel that "Mens aren't the Toy of this society, they also have heart, they also have feelings".

Who cheer when soldier lads march by,
Sneak home and pray you'll never know
The hell where youth and laughter go.
Not every men is rapist.
