So noisy was the road you see
oh and it wasn't just the car traffic
The little munchkins in their green high school uniform were overexcited.
I know because I also was one such munchkin..well only a church mouse could have been louder

i spotted her..maybe because she didn't join in the chatter either..
we were so different yet so alike.
my heart immediately softened to her
man I'm a player..how could it be love at first sight
the times we spent..I still remember like it was yesterday..we were not perfect..I wanted all things good for her
but I'm really not big on social skills you see
so she probably never knew..
we grew apart..still I couldn't teach my heart to let go
I think it was that time
that this stupid heart froze
never to allow true friendship ever again..never to share too much..
and certainly never to grow attached.

well this heart learned ..but man, it still can't figure out how to unlove yet
is it even a thing?
this bothered me until I knew..
I didn't wanna unlove her..She'd always be special to me..
pray for her I will
Applaud her achievements I will..
So even when she feels least loved ..my love for her will still be here..not faltering..not waning

oh..and in case you wanna know
.this girl..she was my best friend once.
