Today's learning comes from a really crazy experience I had today... so I was measuring the stress level from a smart watch and that time I had thoughts about my work for the day and my stress level was shown maximum on the screen.
Just to check it's accuracy I checked again and thought about all the things I like and my stress level was 0 in the reading. All of my family did so and we experienced the same.
I don't how correct it was but what I learnt is that it's not like you always need to think very deep ... You can always surround yourself with things that make you feel better or remind you of being happy about ... you very normal thoughts can make your mind go in a positive direction... so we should consciously try to think positive so that it becomes a natural thing for our mind.
