The Curse of Reincarnation
Past lives are past lives. Leave them there, so best beware. Sometimes we see them and wonder why. Makes you think about what transpired. Simply open your minds eye and find the past is old and tired. We are alive today to complete the curse, ive said before in the second verse. Beware your actions, yes indeed. For tis food for the Unholy One. This is how he feeds. Upon your mistake you live over and again. The story twists to gain a full mist. Cant see through the fog, and leads you as a blind dog. To fulfill your mistakes over and again. The epiphany you declare in a recognized sin. It all comes back to you, a vicious game. You leap past another obstacle, theres nobody to blame. You are alone and nobody may help. To become aware is of ones own self. I know what I was and how I made my way. It was a difficult life that became the same to stay. As hard as it was you'd think my sin would be easy to change. Mine is a memory of a wicked decision. Murder of a being, a wonderful soul. I snuffed its life then saved the hide. To sell at market as well as my pride. Accumulation of pelts was not worth myself. Her soul rose to another plain. Mine could never be the same. My curse as all can see. To make aware, the you and me. We are not the dominant one under this wretched sky. No longer do you need the minds third eye to see. I am here to set ye all free. If you pay attention to what I have to say. One step forward, and progress you just may. Learn from the sinner, as he finds his way home. After a life of being completely alone. No matter who I was with, no matter how much in love. The divine light switch was unplugged as of orders from above. Walking through thick muck this entire life span. No one could see it, and blindly yelling that "I can". My soul became rough as my past life was to me. My next life I dred, for I'm still not free. To make sure a lesson is learned. True love and the good life is what I will yearn. Two things that should go together but I know it can't. Talking of good love and true money in this silly little rant.
