I embrace your arms wrapped around me and I slowly fall into you.
I intertwine my fingers with yours as if they are a ball of yarn after the cat attacked it.
I listen to the bumps and thuds of your heart beat like a song I could hum for days.
Trying to match my breathing with yours but my heart is pounding and you are so calm.
A peaceful melody that makes me feel at ease when there is far to many distractions otherwise.
Yet with you I forget everything that is bad because you are nothing but good.
