I bought peace when I saw peace being disturbed in my home by one of my own.
I paid for it with a bit of my peace
it left a hollow in my peace.
I let it be.
I kept doing it often.
I watched the hollow getting bigger.
I was almost losing my peace
I decided not to buy peace anymore
There was no longer any peace in my home
I wasn't paying to buy it either
There was no peace in me too
I broke, into pieces.
I needed peace to join my pieces
My pieces walked out
I followed them outa my home
My brokenness gave me strength
Strength gave me peace
Peace helped heal my pieces.
I went home, whole, in one piece.
