There is something in the Tongue
That's what defines a people
for it identifies race or ethnic nationalities
and throws light on cultures and traditions
For Tongues are like salt in the palm oil
for without it knowing a sub group within a group becames difficult
helping us to understand certain dialets of a people
and their ways of life
Tongue is as Old as Man
for we speak from childhood
And like Education guilds us
from the Childhood to the grave

Tongue is a thing of pride
For the wise men show their prowess
in riddles; proverbs and folktales
And some in music
Oh Tongue inspire me!
