Peace of Mind
If you want a peaceful mind, follow the below mentioned points:

Stop absorbing random information and letting it occupy your mind. Instead, detach, observe, and evaluate. Avoid internalizing chaotic information; handle it without letting it in.

As a Muslim, it’s important not to absorb just anything. Not everything said needs to be listened to, and not every toxic thought deserves attention.

Detach from automatic absorption. Discern what truly requires your attention. Each day, you have limited energy. Value the time Allāh has given you. You're not here forever.
