trapped within a
padded cell with myself,
They say they understand
but they can't until they're
in this room, alone with their
own mind and thoughts,
then you'll realize how dangerous
your mental stability is.
You'll see and hear the voices
that torment you daily and all you
can do is listen because you can't
shut them out when they are
already inside because you've let them in.
To understand this, you must
physically go through this.
So please stop telling me you understand when you've never even had a
dark thought of death, a mood swing,
or many manic erratic acts of impulsive
attacks.
