Love can be a blissful dream,
A fairytale, or so it seems.
It takes us up to dizzy heights,
And makes our hearts take soaring flights.

But love can also make us ache,
Our hearts, our souls, our bodies shake.
A rollercoaster ride of highs and lows,
A whirlwind of emotions that nobody knows.

Love can make us laugh and cry,
It can make our hearts soar or die.
It can fill us up with hope and light,
Or turn our world pitch black with fright.

The pain of love can cut so deep,
It can make us cry ourselves to sleep.
It can be a storm that never ends,
And make us doubt our closest friends.

We give our hearts and trust so true,
But love can sometimes fall through.
Our hopes and dreams, all disappear,
As we face the pain of love and fear.

Love can be a lonely place,
A shattered mirror, a fallen grace.
A feeling that we can't control,
A love that tortures, tears and rolls.

We try to pick up the pieces and move on,
But the pain lingers, it's never gone.
We search for meaning and a new way,
A different kind of love that's safe to stay.

The pain of love we cannot escape,
But it's a journey we must undertake.
For love is worth the tears and the fears,
It can heal us and bring back our cheers.

The pain of love will come and go,
But we will learn to take it slow.
To trust our hearts and take a chance,
And know that love will find a way to dance.

For love is life, it's all we need,
A heart full of love, can always succeed.
The pain of love can be healed in time,
And new love will soon begin to climb.

So never give up on love, not ever,
Keep on dancing and holding on tight, for love is forever.
