You allowed him to beat me everyday
while you watched and had nothing to say
those days we used to go without any food
shit like that puts me in an awful mood.
You called me a liar for telling the truth
denying me & my experiences of my youth
the man would beat me to where I had marks

I remember those days when he was mean
