Love does exist but it's too expensive to be real.
To be real that's the reality.

You are my heartbeat.

Those were his words
Promising me the Best
l mean the very BEST.

I thought to myself
How luck l was
Was this real
Is this real
l felt special.

After whispering sweet words to my ear.
He left
He said he doesn't love me anymore.
I was left to wonder
Would it be
That all this time
He was lying to my face.

He said he loved me he would never leave my side
Then what went wrong
was it a lie or not

Maybe it wasn't a lie
people change , things change ,life change so what is love?
a promise made can be broken.
That was then and now it's now.

Maybe he felt out of love.
maybe when he said all those words he really meant it.

Reality was knocking on my door
As I realize
Just because someone promised me the world.
When they were in love
Doesn't mean it was a lie.
People change
Thought change
That's the reality.
