AFTER SILENT NIGHT
Aft long long stressful the night,
It was the manger's home come,
The Immanuel to the world laid
Stoop his liege and mortality don
A treatise for a glorious triumph.
Snowflakes autumn all around
A thousand drops billows roll
The cloaked winter touch
Beams again, exists it's retreat
It brought a familiar fragrance.
Santa's reindeers are seen aloof
A jolly figure adorn in red regalia sat
Thunder sparkles transit across
And the pensive clouds reformed
The kitchens thrilling with cooks
The accompaniment, a celestial reel
Symphony of classical tunes galore
Graced with patriotic struts
Footslogs in the snow quagmire
Twas euphonic, a concertious array
Replete with tweets of Noel strings
Refraining the old rugged lines
"Noel, Noel, born is the King".
Causing heaven and earth to stare
Gloria in Excelsis Deo
And their merry strains prolong.
