There she was swimming on her own thick and red pool of deceit
The metallic scent was so strong as it was mixed with a scent of an innocent child’s pain
The baby was the evidence of what happened to the scene
The mother was just lying there I won’t say with regrets
I saw no repent but I noticed she was in pain
She could not move, she was weak
I’m not being heartless when I say she deserved it, I wished she couldn’t blink even an eye
The voice in the back of my mind rebuked her
I worried not about her, I despised her
How could she?
She carried him for the whole seven months for what? To only make him suffer?
Poor little thing, he was lying there, freezing to death....
At least she would have thought of covering him with cloak for the sake of humanity but no, she didn’t
She was ashamed and worried about her reputation, that could be the reason, right?
She never reveal her pregnancy, I won’t allow to hear no lies that she never knew about it
The screaming of the baby was so hopeless and painful that it whispered to my heart....
And my focus was only on him
My heart was bleeding but I was helpless I couldn’t do a thing for him
An ambulance was called and it took them, the mother and the hopeless baby
We hoped for the best even though we knew so well that he won’t survive
That was when I last saw him
The baby was born but gone so soon
I’m sure from those few hours the baby noticed the cruelty of the world
It’s sad that even his mother never protected him, he froze to death
At least now he’s in peace, he’s free from this world and his stone hearted mother
My his soul rest in perfect peace
