Mindfulness
Through the thick and thin have come long way, distinguishing between the old and new thoughts patterns. I was living a colourful fantasy, where lines between truth and fantasy are often blurred.Through the lens of struggle has raised my awareness towards mindfulness. Simply being present with physical sense of existence is mindfulness. A state of truthfulness and direct knowing. Its a moment-by moment awareness of our thoughts,feelings, bodily sensations and surrounding environment. Our true nature is profound and phenomenal mystery,but by practising mindfulness we can more easily allow manifestation of our true nature.
