HELP !!!!! Fellow Writcoers!!!!

This is a cry for help from a lone voice in the Writco wilderness!

I have contacted support THREE times but am being ignored 😭

I promise I have cleaned my teeth flossed and mouthwashed and also used my deodorant? and yet still being ignored?

Ok! My problem......
Well apart from being old, lonely and broke!
Is that's when I write a new poem
and save it
then go into input from gallery
pick an image previously downloaded and saved in my drive
when select pressed picture doesn't load?

I get a message
something went wrong while picking image
plz try again!

I have to resort to clicking on to a boring site default image!

this doesn't apply to photos only images?

the sad thing is I have recently given the site five stars
for its outstanding support 😂

am I the only one experiencing this?
any solutions?
