Infinite
I played with Kronos as a child
Sheltering Kairos under my wings,
I was a cloud watering with sweet drops of tears,
Clashing with thunderbolt as I rained terror on the earth,
I was not one to be trifled with,
My gifts were in demand but,
I sold my price high,
The terms and conditions were mine alone,
I clasped deity by the hand and monarchs bow,
My apparel was of fine hue better than the magnificent of lilies,
I craved my name on the sands of time,
Living without apology,
My own law, my own word was law,
I dared time and space,
Defied visions and incantations,
I live for pleasure and my deeds were perfect,
My bowels bred life, succour poured from me,
Before the time of man I was,
The oceans and valley paid homage,
With the river stretching out his arms toward me,
My glory was greater than cosmos,
Until a hook sprang forth, cutting short my reign.
