When time arrives for me to die,
Let me not wonder 'Who am I?'
For I lived a life as everyone wished,
And pleased not myself as time diminished.
Instead, let me live as who I am,
What the world thinks, I care a damn.
My freedom lives within my soul,
And to fulfil that is my only goal.
Society curbs, limitations bind,
But let it be controlled by my own mind.
I act for none, I am myself,
If you see sense, do it yourself.
