Tattered Butterfly
a tattered butterfly
no longer able to rise
wings aren't very bright
piecing away
peeking sun light
through torn wings
soon they won't exist anymore
beauty faded
fragile soul diminished
for the tattered butterfly
no more flying beautifuly
trying to flutter but falling hopelessly
searching for something sweet
but alas the sweets are high up
ground bound by her dismemberment
hellbent on trying to get up again
but it's no use
with tattered wings you can't fly
