One side invaded with light,
The other consumed in dark.

Each way I turn’s a fright,
I desperately want to disembark.

One side promises peace,
The other change.

One claims the violence will cease,
While they aim down their own range.

The other promises change,
But at the cost of lives.

They all claim to love life,
But the same are the first to cause strife.

All the joy and all the cries,
Are all lost in the Hourglass of Lies.
