Had an action plan
Directions in pencil and rules in pen
I had it all planned out infact
I thought I had no reason for doubt
I wasn't gonna do it at night
I didn't even wanna hide
I double checked my plan
out and inside
it was a plan like no other
I had my brain by my side
And heart on the other
I had no reason to doubt my plan
But when I got it in action
It couldn't be harder
I failed I tried and tried
I cried and realized
That my plan wasn't possible
My plan would work, I'd sworn
I tried and tried till I won
