the pain stricken victim
has become the bigger side of me
down from depression but I'm up from insomnia
mixing uppers and downers is something to be warned about

which is spreading through me infectiously
over the days

zombie mind

can't seem to walk straight
I stumble a lot
glazed in guilt
see me shine
a sticky mess
I'm stuck like a fly
in a web of worry
I cry
once or twice almost every night

to calm my breathing
but it's hard when I'm
