waiting for the apocalypse
#WritcoPoemPrompt42
Write a poem focusing on a single memory, or describe what you might imagine the typical grandmother’s kitchen to be like.
I was scared, lost my mind
is the world ending, am I dying?
what if it does, who knows when...
and the sky starts falling, what then?
I shivered, i cried, my heart beating fast.
I like this life, dnt want it to last...
and there came in my mom, my angel
dont worry honey, u gonna get well.
but mom, what if we all die...
I couldnt speak, I started to cry.
there's so much I havent done
slept on the moon and flies through the sun...
i wanna live forever, I dnt wanna die
can we take a plane, and stay...
