Like a phoenix;
Rising.
Like a river;
Flowing.
Ten thousand steps;
You lead me to my downfall.
Ten thousand scars;
To prove that I survived it all.
The endless waves of the sea;
Reminds me of how life might be.
Continually kissing the shore;
Even if you’re never asking for more.
Capture my footsteps ;
Backward it creeps.
I became a soldier;
With all of my defeat.
Should I thank you for all the pain ?
Cause the pain made me stronger ten folds than I am.
