Heavens Doors

Could I follow you through Heaven sometime
Could you lead me through its doors?
I would look all over at my future home
A place we'll be forever more!

God will pay us back more
Than what was taken
The pain and suffering throughout our lives
The heartbreaks that left us shaken!

When I get to where I'm going
And finally reach my destiny
They'll be love and peace in my soul
And a Savior that takes care of me!

My loved ones are there but its not my time
But I wonder when that will be
I feel that God wants me to live a little longer
Before He comes and takes me!

I can't wait to see my husband and son
Because I've been waiting to see them so long
But the Lord has a mission just for me
And through it all, He's kept me strong!

So yes, I'd love to be lead through Heaven for sure
But it might not be for awhile
When it does I'll be in perfect peace
And on my face they'll be the biggest smile!
