Solitude and the Sky
Ptompt: Write about your depictation of the image.

Beneath a boundless field of pure
cerulean shade,
Stands but one silent, still, and thoughtful figure made,

A lone soul to whom is nature's hand.
The sky, in shades of roseate glow,
the artist's lovely dream,
Encircles this one figure,
gazing onward in silent stream,
Reflections unspoken, silent dreams of vast unseen,
Limn the high heavens with thoughts unburdened, unworn, and serene.

The sun sets low, a crimson orb,
the weary eye of day,
It draws the light in faded whispers,
and bids the realm of night to play,

The figure stands in silhouette,
the canvas slowly swells,
The solitude, wrought in the silent twilight, knows its peaceful spells.
The clouds, a growing congregation,
assemble in grand and towering stands,
Parade their stately, ghostly forms, without voice, they stretch across the holy land.

Shadows without reckon,
thoughts of wonder with life a murky must,
The figure swims in silent contemplation,
as the cool wind dances within the dust. "Solitude and the Sky," these vast heavens painting earth,

Soul to heart, cosmos to feeling,
a hidden place of rebirth,
Only one stands, the sky stretches on,
its blue vast and far,
As vast as the quietude of the barren sky,
its lone keeper's sanctuary afar.
