The skies ablaze with bursts of light
As we celebrate with all our might
The day our nation was born anew
Proudly waving the red, white, and blue
Amidst the summer's scorching heat
We gather to the sound of marching feet
To honor the heroes who fought and bled
For the freedoms that we often take for granted
On this Fourth of July, we raise our voice
To the tunes of liberty, we rejoice
For this is the day our forefathers dreamed
A day of independence that forever gleamed
From the shores of east to the west
We remember those who gave their best
To build a nation of unity and pride
Where all are equal, with nothing to hide
As the sun sets on this special day
We reflect on the journey of the USA
With hearts full of gratitude and love
For the blessings bestowed from above
The fireworks light up the darkened sky
With each explosion, our spirits rise high
For we are a nation of brave and free
United in diversity, for all to see
So let us celebrate and never forget
The sacrifices made, we must not regret
On this Fourth of July, let freedom ring
And let our voices forever sing.
