Where it use to be so busy
All of these new rules are making me so dizzy
People stare in terror with the slightest cough or sneeze
When all you really want to do is give your friends and family a tight squeeze
You never realize how much you miss people until you can't even touch
You can't stand close or see a smile because their face is covered up
When everywhere you look is a chart of active cases or death
When your kids don't want to play outside without a face mask
We all wish it's gone but it is still just as bad COVID-19 is making the world mad
