Lost to the world
Gone are the days of the mind's lyrical flight.
As blossoms once sweet now faded from sight.
The poet's muse, now lost in the dark.
Creativity's well remains in the heart.

Extinct are those days, forever they're dead.
Yet the song with its lyrics shall depart from my head.
In a world where machines happily dictate our art.
The words on paper tear and depart.

Through blurred vision, we blindly navigate.
Lost in yesterday's time relentless with hate.
Though still, in this digital age we clime.
Creativity's essence is sold for a dime.
