WHAT IF?
What if life ends in your teen?
Even at nineteen, you are still not certain.
What if this life is just a cotton?
One day a heavy wind will blow and tear this cotton;
In due time, you will be long forgotten.
What if trust becomes shorten?
Then, that will leave you with nothing; everything you say and do, will sound, and look like the wrong thing.
What if the dead never died?
I tell you this, mother earth would've been fried,
But at least many eyes' won't have cried.
What if existence was by chance?
Maybe; just maybe, yours' would be a trance.
What if all those 'Saint's' days you thought you've lived are recorded as the old ways?
Then you wasted time being good,
You should have joined the hood.
What if you unconsciously die a sinner, because you used grace to keep sinning?
Unfortunately, doom awaits you!
What if Childhood is better than Manhood?
Sure it is! As a man, you are required to find food.
What if the latter is better than the former?
Then all that pain was never meant to drive you insane;
But sadly enough, being human is just for formality,
Act right so you dont fall on the wrong side of eternity.
What if the good ways are the bad ways, and the bad ways are the only way?
Don't worry, the genuine things show up on the way.
What if you are that one light meant to do things right?
You've blinded yourself wanting to be too bright.
What if instead of counting forward we count backwards?
Then the term 'family' is considered as unity.
What if that which you are taught is a sword to your neck?
I guess the formal ways has broken many crowns.
Concentrate on your hidden potential; that will help you to earn.
What if the reason for your sadness is because you think happiness exists?
Truth be told, happy days are yet to unfold.
What if smiling is the best way to say it's gonna be fine?
Sure! That's my best line.
Life is tough,
For some rough,
All life entails; it's just enough.
