This morning ain't a morning
Without his morning call
In a fit I ended it all
Now out of guilt this heart's mourning.

I know I did wrong,
I broke his heart,
An emotion's depart,
Now this morning is a sad song.

It's for his betterment,
Though it'll hurt him first
But it'll save him from worst,
He without me will have a better settlement.
