That phrase is now a saltless salt,
anyone can imitate it's extincting charm
so I can't trust you just yet,
nor can I make my feelings known to you,
such vulnerability might surely be
the death of me.
My heart daily begs of me to take the chance,
but a heart of languish is far tolerable
than being put to death without dying!
