THE BLOOD KNOTE
There in the courtroom,
I was a prisoner brought to court
In the room without walls,
filled with echoes of demons accusing me of my sin that I wasn't aware of.
A book of records was opened before me with my name among the sinners.
I was grouped up with those who spilled innocent blood for fame hoping for peace that turned out to be the opposite itself
Causing rage to burst out like fire in a forestry flame...
There in the courtroom ,
I was one '
Of those who thought that wealth and riches could solve everything with my salvation inclusive
That wasn't fit for the judge Himself because
He was one
That couldn't be bribed
As it was written:
God is not mocked..
Having a thought of a jealous Cain
brought me into this prison
That was made of strife and hatred and anger bleeding like the blood of Abel
I was handcuffed with guilt that I failed to believe in Him who could save
So this unbelief wrapped around my neck like a rope in Judas' giving up life as if there was no hope in Christ
And then I heard a cry of the multitude from the dark side claiming me of their ownership having every detail of my sin
There in the courtroom
And I like a sheep brought to be slaughtered
I had nothing to prove that I wasn't guilty
So the shameless me walked my path to damnation
As it was stated: That every soul that sins must die
So I was now a candidate to the lake of fire...
