Sleepless nights
Endless no respite
Turning and tossing
Then sitting upright
Thoughts storming in
Clouding and crowding
Desires, dreams, wants, memories
Suppressed, hidden deep within
The longings resurfacing
Disturbing heart, soul,mind
Creating chaos, pandemonium
Pain and ache of heart
Hammering the head
Feeling Nauseated
Chest pounding
Taking heavy breaths
Want to cry, hard and loud
Not a drop comes out
Tears fails too like all
Leaving lonely and helpless
Mental fatigue takes over
In the sleep still tossing and turning
Demons of unfinished and butchered
Dreams, desires, wants, memories
Resurfacing,haunting and hunting
Waking up breathing heavily
The vicious circle of misery continues
Then the alarm rings coming to rescue
Heaving a sigh, now it's time
Time to run and hide again
Behind the daily chore called life
It's a Time Out
