But on a second thought...
I wish to write about us
and how I wish you didn't say adieu.
I want to write how I didn't think twice
when I fell in love when I saw your eyes.
I want to write about how you made me smile
even when my temper made me vile.
I want to write about your heart
and how I wish it was mine.
And I'd title it 'You and Me,'
Though it was never meant to be,
For you never wanted a 'me' in you."
