Moonlight Shadows,
Hand in hand,
Leaning through the night in the meadow,
Against the compassionate trees of faraway lands,
kiss me deep with sorrows
love me with all your might
fight to not say goodbyes
wipe away my glowing tears
as the moonlight creeps around the sky,
getting high and higher the soner you will have to say your goodbyes,
write me letters,
dont look at me like that,
your eyes are telling a story,
one i do not like the ending to,
they say "i wont see you again so im taking you all in"
your eyes that match the clearest lake,
are filled with water dripping down like a waterfall
you dont need to say a word
ill kiss you one final time,
and ill rember the sound of your voice,
for i know,
this will be the last time ill hear it,
your eyes tell me a story,
one i wish not to hear,
but as i gaze into them,
i know the story they tell,
and i know,
that always and forever you'll love me,
so i stare into your eyes,
not saying a word,
and accepting it for what it is,
knowing ill always love you,
and youll always love me
and i am glad your eyes tell our story
for it is the greatest story,
to have been made
