one day you'll see the things you already do but choose to ignore I'm capable of a lot of love and care but you look through me like I'm not even there.
mom I'm scared this glass has given you a thousand yard stare plus I'm hungry mom and can't even eat so I'm hashing out these cigarettes on my knees
mean while I hear you and a man hashing it out with screams but im only a kid so who's to say I'm not just imagining these things.
you know what's not cool mom going to school and teachers are the ones giving you shampoo I know mom you did a lot for me like talking to the cops for me and explaining all those petty robberies.
but I'm scared mom I think this glass has changed you I'm not so sure it's stain proof.
either way I have to thank you because I think you should thank the mother that raised you.
